Green Class Hotel Astoria, Turin

The hotel offered a simple, comfortable, and clean stay with quiet rooms but lacked natural light. The service was very helpful and provided valuable information, while the location was perfect near the main attractions of Turin. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and key attractions, making it ideal for exploring Turin. The rooms are clean but simple with tiny bathrooms, suitable for a budget stay. The service is mixed, but most staff members are welcoming and accommodating. The dining options are adequate for a short stay, although breakfast may not meet all expectations.

I stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were clean and tidy, they were a bit small and dark for my liking. There was one occasion when it was overrun by guests wanting to eat at the same time, which was a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, the shower only had lukewarm water, which was not ideal.

The hotel's location near Porta Nuova station was convenient for transportation, but the initial room was smaller than expected. However, after addressing the issue, we were accommodated in better rooms on the 1st floor. The staff was remarkably friendly, polite, and helpful, showing great attentiveness to our needs. Despite a hiccup in the room allocation, the overall service was top-notch. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, although finding the hotel initially posed a bit of a challenge. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited food options, but the hotel's proximity to restaurants made up for it.
